THE BRIDPORT LITERARY FESTIVAL is now in its 7th year and a feast of events and a
galaxy of writers will intrigue, excite and entertain audiences at venues all
around the town, including The Bull Hotel, The Electric Palace and The Riverside at West Bay.
Everyone involved with THE BRIDPORT LITERARY FESTIVAL is passionate about books and have established an excellent reputation with writers and publishers, as well as with audiences, to provide a wide range of talks. Tickets are selling fast 6th-22nd November , you'll find something to please all tastes during the dark and gloomy days of November.

The Bridport Prize International Creative Writing Competition was founded by
Bridport Arts Centre in 1973 and has steadily grown in stature and prestige and
attracts many thousands of entries from all over the UK and from over 80 countries
